As we look forward to a post-pandemic world, organizations will need leaders who can anticipate potential changes and be ready to take immediate action to secure a competitive advantage.
Join us for this virtual workshop where you will learn to deploy Stewart Leadership's Scenario-Based Strategic Planning Model. The limited class size ensures that each participant has an opportunity to actively engage as we take you step-by-step through the scenario-based strategic planning process.
You will leave this class having developed four realistic scenarios, an action plan for each, and the skills to continue this exercise with your team and organization.
